I didn't know where to put this article,it's partly a via ferrata and partly a trip tip. The destination is either the C difficulty via ferrata "Zur Schönen Aüssicht" or the Kasseler mountain hut. If you want to see the pristine nature of the Zillertal Alps, I recommend spending the night in a mountain hut and walking through the wilderness at your own pace. You'll see snow-capped three-thousand-meter peaks, glaciers such as the Löfflerkees, waterfalls, cows and other animals, and everything the Alps and Austria have to offer.

Getting to thevia ferrata is quite difficult, time-consuming and will cost you a few dozen euros. Get on the minibus in Mayerhofen, the stop is OPPOSITE the train and bus station (approximately here: 47.1699019N, 11.8629700E), it will take you to the hut at the Stillup dam, here another smaller minibus is waiting for you, which will take you to the Grüne-Wand-Hütte, you can arrange with the driver when he will pick you up and take you back (at the latest at 16:30). From there, walk for 2 hours to the Kasseler Hütte mountain hut. You can also find out when and where the minibuses leave from at the information center (47.1688378N, 11.8663203E). The ferrata is located right behind the mountain hut and is short and easy, C/D is not appropriate, it is more or less B/C, but there is a short E section in an overhang, it is difficult, but you can climb it in a few seconds and it can be bypassed. I definitely wouldn't come here just for the via ferrata.

But the biggest experience was buying a cold beer from a mountain stream, it was a contactless purchase and I didn't even get a receipt, haha.
