The largest mountain plateau in Austria is the Postalm. I saw some very nice photos from here, so I decided to go here too and see for myself. The entrance to the pass made me a little sad when the ticket agent asked me for 17 euros for a pass in 2024, but what could I do.

This is a perfect place for a relaxing hike with your dog, just beware, there are a few places where there are free-roaming farm animals, so don't let your pet accidentally bite some. Taking pictures, resting or cycling, everything is possible here. All you have to do is choose a suitable trail to one of the local peaks and set off.

I chose the top of the Wieslerhorn (1603 m) as my main destination, expecting to have a view of the whole plain from the top, I was right.
