A relatively demanding and airy ferrata, without a long ascent and with option of swimming in the lake afterwards. For more experienced ferrata enthusiasts, there is also a difficulty E option, but I really didn't trust myself to do it.

The difficulty C/D option wasn't exactly easy either, so it's definitely not suitable for beginners. The first part of the route is quite slippery and you mostly climb on rocks. About halfway through the route, there is a resting place where you can enjoy the views of the lake.

The ferrata doesn't take more than an hour, but be prepared for the fact that it's quite high. The climb was fun, but nothing special. It's suitable as an afternoon trip or a short stop along the way.

The descent is quite long and not very exciting. But the swimming in the lake will make up for it. Unless it's May and the weather is generally not on your side - as it was in my case.
